SnapFulfil receives distinguished supply chain award for work with BaubleBar
Supply & Demand Chain Executive, the only publication covering the entire global supply chain, has once again selected Synergy Logistics for its Top Supply Chain Projects Award for 2023.
The Top Supply Chain Projects (formerly known as SDCE 100) profiles innovative application success projects designed to automate, optimize, streamline and improve the supply chain.
Synergy was chosen because of its speed-to-value partnership with fast growing trend-led accessories brand, BaubleBar (based in New York) which has revolutionized its batch picking and single item orders – for much greater throughput – since switching up to the cloud-based and award-winning SnapFulfil WMS.
“From demand planning and forecasting to implementing the ultimate in warehouse automation, the past 12 months has seen companies within the logistics space upgrade, enhance, adopt and adapt in order to achieve greater efficiency along the chain,” says Marina Mayer, Editor-in-Chief of Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics.
“That’s why it’s important today’s supply chains run on collaboration, because companies partnered to implement each other’s software and technology and work smarter, together. And it's these partnerships that have enabled many supply chain organizations to better manage inventory, reduce costs, retain employees, track data and analytics and build resilience for whatever disruptions may lie ahead.”
Smitha Raphael, Chief Product & Delivery Officer at Synergy adds: “It’s always great to be recognized in this way, but this onboarding project was particularly gratifying as the entire implementation was handled remotely - giving BaubleBar extra time, money and resource savings - and coincided with them re-platforming their frontend website, plus a new ERP (NetSuite) and Shopping Cart, both of which directly integrate with SnapFulfil.
“BaubleBar has achieved an outstanding 10-fold increase in its pick rate, whilst maintaining 100% accuracy, since implementing SnapFulfil – and in addition to successfully scaling up its B2B and wholesale channels, the company has also experienced up to a 30% jump in ecommerce/D2C sales.”
This latest company award follows Smitha herself being selected as one of Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s Women in Supply Chain winners – for female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network – and also being hailed one of the standout achievers!
