SnapFulfil Lands Yet Another Distinguished Supply Chain Award

Supply & Demand Chain Executive, the only publication covering the entire global supply chain, has once again selected Synergy Logistics for its Top Supply Chain Projects Award for 2024.

The Top Supply Chain Projects (formerly known as SDCE 100) profiles innovative application success projects designed to automate, optimize, streamline and improve the supply chain.

Synergy was chosen because of its speed-to-value partnership with fast growing 3PL fulfillment solutions provider, Cura Resource Group (based in Michigan), which has optimized the technologically advanced SnapFulfil WMS to accelerate expansion and market share.

Marina Mayer, Editor-in-Chief of Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics, said: “The past 12 months has seen companies within the supply chain and logistics space upgrade, enhance, adopt and adapt in order to achieve greater efficiency along the chain. They have implemented others' software and technology to work smarter, together – and the resultant partnerships have cultivated resilience and placed a spotlight on projects designed to make the supply chain space safer and more efficient.”

Highly flexible and scalable SnapFulfil replaced an ineffective order management system (OMS) that brought constant downtime, a lack of support and inability to adapt to Cura’s fast-paced work environment. Subsequently, the Cura team have enjoyed complete inventory visibility, optimized batch consignment and highly accurate image capture.

Brian Kirst, Chief Commercial Officer at Synergy added: “It’s always gratifying to be recognized in this way. Our software integrates seamlessly with Cura’s new CIVA e-commerce platform and has significantly increased labor productivity, plus SnapFulfil offers the Cura team more flexibility when interfacing data between systems.  For example, they can choose to bulk upload and update their SKU numbers and variations anytime and anywhere. Furthermore, the automated pick/track/label functionality is a major improvement to their fulfillment processes allowing for increased accuracy and faster throughput times.

“As business continues to ramp up, their next step is to take advantage of SnapFulfil’s multi-site capabilities and configuration tools to implement the WMS into their five other facilities across the US.”

This latest company award follows Synergy’s Technical Project Manager, Charles Thompson, being selected as one of Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s Pros to Know winners – for rising stars whose accomplishments offer a roadmap for other leaders looking to leverage supply chain for competitive advantage.
